INSERTION
1. WASH HANDS AND WASH CUP WITH WARM WATER AND MILD SOAP.
2. PRACTICE FOLDING CUP.
3. FOLLOW INSERTION ILLUSTRATION.
REMOVAL
1. WASH HANDS
2. INSERT INDEX FINGER AND THUMB
3.APPLY LIGHT PRESSURE WITH THUMB TO SIDE OF CUP TO RELEASE SUCTION.
4. WIPE THE INSIDE OF THE CUP AND RINSE
5. INSERT OR STERILIZE AT THE END OF CYCLE FOR NEXT USE.
STERILIZATION
1. BOIL ENOUGH WATER IN SAUCE PAN TO COVER THE MENSTRUAL CUP. ADD A LITTLE BIT OF RUBBING ALCOHOL TO WATER.
2. BOIL CUP FOR 15 MIN, KEEP WATCH THAT THE CUP DOESN’T STICK TO BOTTOM OF PAN.
3.ONCE FINISHED CUP WILL BE HOT; REMOVE CAREFULLY.
4. THEN DRY
